About
Pawnpetal is a chess game for Mac, iPhone and iPad. Each day brings three mate puzzles, in one, two and three moves, with streaks, optional hints and a harder mate-in-five mode for players who want no help. Outside the puzzles you can play three offline bot levels, pass the device to a friend, connect to someone nearby or play live and turn-based games through Game Center, then replay saved games or export them as PGN. Solved puzzles stay in a history with explanations. Paid board and piece themes are purely cosmetic, and the developer states that no data is collected. Requires macOS 26.6 or later.
