1.39.5Latest
Agent replies now transition smoothly from streaming text to the finished Markdown layout, avoiding a flash when the response completes. Long chats prepare transcript text ahead of scrolling for smoother navigation. Codex agent names appear in readable casing.
1.39.4
Agent replies now show formatted Markdown while they stream. Headings, lists, emphasis, links and code appear as the response arrives, with full code block and table controls available once it finishes.
1.39.3
- Commands, file activity and tool calls now collapse into readable summaries. Completed turns keep their interim work under “Worked for” beneath the prompt, with the final answer left visible.
- Opening long command output keeps the clicked row in place. Activity groups have more balanced spacing and steadier disclosure controls.
- Removed the session start line and transcript turn minimap.
- Improved the Incoming mails list with clearer typography, clock times, more padding and stronger dividers.
- Fixed merge instructions appearing as blank bubbles.
- The terminal context menu can now close its enclosing pane in a split column.
1.39.2
- Incoming mails is enabled by default on SMTP port 2255. Bloom Dev uses port 2256. Saved Off and custom port settings stay in place.
1.39.1
- Capture local test emails in Incoming mails without installing a separate server. Messages stay available across launches, and the SMTP port is configurable in Settings. Agents can send, search and read captured mail.
- Enable optional 1Password support in Bloom's browser and preview SVG files in Files.
- Start typing or pasting into the chat composer from an unfocused pane. Select and copy across a conversation, and open transcript links more reliably.
- Agents can create a chat with its first message. Home has an Active view, and a failed archive script offers Retry or Archive Anyway.
- Render long replies as plain text while they stream, then draw markdown when they finish, to avoid layout crashes.
- Avoid freezes when switching to workspaces with nested lists. Keep running Codex chats on their chosen backend and skip GitHub refreshes for projects without a remote.
- Keep workspace rows clear of the sidebar footer in long project lists.
- Make Jump to newest reach the latest message even when an earlier unread marker remains.
