Calerto for Mac

About

Calerto for Mac turns calendar events into full-screen alerts, so a meeting interrupts whatever you are doing instead of sliding past as a notification. Connect Apple Calendar or Google Calendar, choose how early each alert should appear from one minute to an hour, and Calerto brings the meeting forward with a live countdown and the video link already in place. From the alert you can join Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, snooze until the meeting actually starts, or dismiss it. Alerts can be paused without deleting them, a menu bar countdown shows what is next, and calendar data stays on the device. It is aimed at people whose day is back-to-back calls.
