About
Today is a deliberately small menu bar app from Sindre Sorhus that shows only the events happening today, read from the system calendar store. Because it uses the calendars macOS already has, Google Calendar, Outlook 365 and Exchange accounts work without another sign-in, and Focus Filters let different calendars appear in different Focus modes. Clicking an event opens it in Calendar, Fantastical or BusyCal, and for a meeting with a link the app can put a Join button in the menu bar fifteen minutes before it starts, covering Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, FaceTime, Slack, Webex and others. It also shows how long an event has left and can warn you when one is about to begin. It is free, and it needs macOS 26.1 or later.
