DropToDo
A menu bar to-do list you drop tasks onto from anywhere.
Paid$4.99 one-time on the Mac App Store.macOS
About
DropToDo keeps a small list of tasks in the menu bar and lets you add to it without leaving whatever you are doing. Drop a file, a link or a line of text on the menu bar icon and it becomes an item; reminders can hang off any entry so the thing you cannot forget comes back at the right time; completed work clears out of the way instead of piling up. It is deliberately small: a panel that opens from the icon, a list, and a count of what is left, with no project hierarchy to maintain and no account to create. Nothing leaves the Mac. It needs macOS 14 or later.
