FineTune
v1.9.0A per-app volume mixer, which macOS never had.
FreeOpen sourceFree, no paid tier; tips welcome on Ko-fimacOS
About
FineTune gives every app its own volume slider in the menu bar: pull one browser tab down without touching the rest of the system, mute a game, or boost a quiet call. It works on the audio the Mac is already playing, so nothing has to be rerouted through a virtual audio device first. Open source, and also available as a signed build.
