About

Maccess turns an iPhone into a remote for a Mac. A helper app runs on the Mac while the iPhone app pairs over Wi-Fi with a QR code or passcode, and from there you get a precision trackpad and keyboard, media and system controls, live screen mirroring you can tap directly, a Finder browser, terminal commands and two-way file transfers. An assistant called Mackie runs tasks on the Mac from chat or voice, and it can be pointed at AI tools already installed there, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or Ollama, instead of only a hosted model. The free tier covers the local network, while Pro adds access from outside the house and more than one Mac. The Mac side needs macOS 15.6 or later.
