About

Dorso watches your posture while you work and gently blurs the screen when you start to slouch, clearing it as soon as you sit up again. It can track you through the Mac camera with Apple's Vision framework, or through the motion sensors in compatible AirPods without using the camera at all. Reminders can be a blur, glow, border or solid overlay with adjustable sensitivity, dead zone and delay, and an analytics window shows daily posture scores and weekly trends. Everything runs locally from the menu bar with no account. Needs macOS 13 or later, and AirPods tracking needs macOS 14.
