About

FinderGit is a native Mac app that browses your repositories the way Finder browses folders, showing each repo's branch, whether it is clean, dirty or has unpushed commits, and which files changed. An Overview dashboard sums this up across every repo and lists the ones that need attention. You can stage, commit, push, pull, fetch and stash, manage branches including merge and rebase, and read colored inline diffs with one-click staging. It also writes commit messages from the staged diff without an API key, scans repos for suspicious hooks and supply-chain droppers, and frees disk space taken by node_modules and build caches. Needs macOS 15 or later; universal for Apple Silicon and Intel.
