Online Check
Shows whether you are actually online, from the menu bar.

About
Online Check answers a question the Wi-Fi icon cannot: whether the internet is really reachable, not just whether a network is joined. It checks continuously and turns the menu bar item into a status you can read without clicking. Useful on trains, in hotels, and anywhere a connection looks up but does not work.
