Tailscale builds a private network between your devices on top of WireGuard, using sign-in through existing identity providers instead of manually managed keys. The Mac app runs from the menu bar and can route traffic through exit nodes or reach other devices by name. The Personal plan is free, and paid plans add team and admin features.
