Tidy

Tidy is a menu-bar utility that corrects your writing where it sits. Select text in any app and press Control-Option-Command-T to fix spelling, grammar and punctuation, or the S variant of the shortcut to strip the filler out of text that reads like a machine wrote it while keeping every fact. Corrections come from Apple's on-device Foundation Models framework, so nothing is uploaded and the app makes no network calls; if Apple Intelligence is unavailable it falls back to the system spell checker. Bold, italics, links and lists survive the round trip, and Command-Z undoes a correction. It needs macOS 26 on Apple silicon, plus Accessibility permission to replace the selection.
